We use a unique and innovative system that loads the AI model in the browser via WebLLM or WLlama. For faster loading of the subsequent system that uses (RAG), embeddings are precomputed when the chatbot is created and inserted into the model once it has been downloaded.
A knowledge base is information you upload (PDFs or text) to train your chatbot. The system uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to search for relevant information in your documents and generate accurate responses based on that knowledge.
Absolutely. Conversations with chatbots happen 100% in the user's browser and never leave their device. We do not store or have access to conversations. We only save the chatbot configuration and the knowledge bases you upload.
Yes, you can make your chatbots public and share the link with anyone. Visitors can chat with your bot without needing to register. You can also keep them private for personal use.
Currently we support PDF documents and plain text. You can upload PDFs from a URL or paste text directly. The system processes the content, divides it into fragments and creates embeddings for semantic search.
No, the platform is designed to be very intuitive. You just need to create a chatbot, give it a name and personality, and optionally upload documents. The system handles all the technical stuff automatically.
AI Cloud works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). For better performance, we recommend using a browser with WebGPU support, although it also works with CPU.
We have several systems through which the knowledge base data passes before reaching the visitor's computer. When you try to save a knowledge, it passes through Sightengine servers that check that the content conforms to minimum standards of decorum and security (we think about visitor safety). Finally, the embeddings are stored in Supabase for later insertion into the RAG.
Chatbots can run on computers of any type (Windows, Macos Linux...). We are working to make models run on phones in a reasonable time (currently they take too long). AiCloud works even on 2-core computers (tested on a 2-core virtual machine in Proxmox, using a Debian 13 system).
